Q: How can i order?

A: We will make quotation after you send us your purchase plan (including product name, model and quantity). If you agree with    the quotation, please send us your company name, address and telephone for goods delivery. We will make proforma invoice and inform you the payment way. Goods delivery details will also be informed accordingly.

Q: What is your payments mode?

A: Mostly payment should be completed by bank transferred T/T 100% in advance.

For sample order less than 1000USD, we will have to charge 30USD extra to compensate media bank charges. Western Union and MoneyGram are also acceptable. USD, EUR and CNY are acceptable.

Q: What is your shipment terms?

A: We often send goods by DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS Express; usually 7-15 workdays you can receive goods after send; For the big weight goods, you can choose Air or Sea shipping, usually 30-45 workdays can arrive to your Port.(Exclude unforeseen circumstances, most shipping time is depend on clients country.)

Q: What about the warranty period and after-sale service?

A: Dental equipment, like dental unit, autoclave, air compressor, x-ray unit, has one year warranty period.
If you have problem in using, you can describe the problem details, we will ask technician to give your solution. Free spare parts can be provided if necessary.

Q: Do you supply OEM service?

A: Yes, we can supply OEM service for dental unit. Air compressor, X-Ray unit, dental handpiece,endo files, gutta percha, points, ect.
